Privacy Policy

Tessera processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection. PII (name, email, photo) is stored encrypted in our database. Only the certificate hash and the recipient wallet are published on-chain.

User rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction. Requests to [email protected].

Retention

Account data for as long as the institution keeps an active contract. Audit logs 12 months. Encrypted backups 30 days.
